At the Pikol cuisine, under the leadership of the Gašparin family, each dish is born from a careful respect for the ingredients chosen by our unique team. It's not just food preparation; it's about the selection, knowledge of ingredients, and careful preparation to ensure that the original flavors remain unchanged in their beauty and harmony. Each dish is like a work of art, served in a way that allows the guest to see and feel the loving hand that has prepared this culinary delight.

Despite being aware of our Brda roots and origin, we don't confine ourselves to narrow confines of Goriška Brda and Vipava Valley. Our kitchen is open to all world influences. With our dishes, we travel through time and space: from memories of guests' childhoods to the diverse tastes and smells we discover in vast culinary lands.
