Yes — all villas welcome dogs up to 5 kg. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate dogs weighing more than 5 kg. Please tell us the weight when booking. All conditions are listed at pikol.si/pets-rules.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Please contact us in advance for any adjustments.
The minimum stay is 2 nights. Exceptions are possible by prior arrangement.
Yes. The basic service is bed and breakfast. The price also includes Wi-Fi, parking, bed linen, 3 towels per person and access to a private massage pool.
Yes, free outdoor parking is available for guests.
Yes, Wi-Fi is free for all guests.
Up to 21 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge; from 21 to 7 days before arrival, 40 % of the price is charged; from 7 to 0 days before arrival, 100 % of the price is charged. Special conditions apply to group bookings.
We accept Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard, Maestro, cash, proforma invoice and tourist vouchers.
The tourist tax is € 2.50 per person per night for adults and € 1.25 for children and youth (ages 7–18), in accordance with the regulations of the Municipality of Nova Gorica.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Guests may smoke in outdoor areas.
Please present the original gift voucher at reception on arrival. It is valid until the date stated on the voucher, or one year from issue if no date is given. To book a date, contact us at info@pikol.si.
